Repeat buyers and brand loyalty are not the same thing. A repeat buyer comes back because you had the right product at the right time. A loyal customer comes back because of what your brand means to them. One is a coincidence. The other is an asset. The moment a competitor undercuts you by ten dollars, repeat buyers are gone. That is not retention. That is a product dependency with a storefront attached. With Nuamore we made sure every touchpoint reinforced something bigger than the product. Packaging, post-purchase experience, how we handle a complaint. Not because it felt good. Because loyal customers do not price-shop. They come back and they bring people with them. That is the only thing that actually protects your margin at scale. When is the last time you asked yourself why someone would choose your brand over a cheaper version of the same thing?

imo the hardest part is keeping your foot on the gas when it feels like you’ve hit a dead end. Always give it a few more months going literally all in before you decide the business is capped or it’s time to move on. I almost sold my brand for a million in 2022 because we’d been stuck below $10k days for what felt like forever... and here we are today. Glad I didn’t quit early.

0 - 100k Day July 17: launched some ads yesterday which did well. Just finished Evolve event, was super cool to meet a lot of guys, got a ton of ideas. I'm ready to head back home today and put my ass down to start writing new scripts. Also will probably test a CheckoutChamp funnel for this as well. The CVR will go down but I think I could make some killer upsell VSLs that will make up for it + I own my subs (rly worried about my MRR disappearing honestly)

Day 51 Good day today again considering 1st day bump. Ended the day on 20% margins so doubled budgets again, risky but no risk no svj AOV is low and sessions still low so i revamped my whole offer today and also ab testing another offer aswell to try get AOV up. Also launched WW Campaign too expand to bigger countries so will see how that goes. launched on 50 adspend only. also the vid batch i uploaded yesterday got some sales which is good, did some competitor research today and took whats working for them and made another batch of videos and also batch of statics based of the language thats working in my winning rips. also got good cogs sorted while negotiating with multiple suppliers to get the best price. did a lot of work today and made a lot of changes so will see how things go. not quite the 100k week i was aiming for but i’m always grateful. a month ago today, the most sales i’ve ever gotten in a single day was $300. i never had a profitable product test and ive been on and off testing since october 2024. ads were performing extremely well but roas shit the bed after my record day. recovering slowly but this gives me the time to strengthen up my backend. anyone experience performance randomly dropping? roas cut basically in half. would appreciate any and all advice 🙏🏻 never ever taking my foot off the pedal. consistency and grit will always prove to win in the end. oh yeah and i hit 50k mrr 💰
