We launched this ad 5 days ago, and it is already spending over 13k/day. When it hits, it hits 🚀 Also, a completely new creative style 🤔

Most people overcomplicate Meta Ads optimization. Here's the simple framework I use every day: 1. Has the ad spent 2–3x your target CPA over the last 7 days? • No → Has it been running for 7+ days? No → Leave it alone. Yes → Turn it off. • Yes → Is it above break-even? No → Turn it off. Yes → Check the last 3 days 2. Last 3 days performance: • Within target → Scale budget by 20%.
• Below target → Hold spend or reduce budget by 20%. That's it. The biggest mistake advertisers make is optimizing based on emotion instead of data. Always use common sense. Don't kill high-spending ads that are hovering around break-even if they're driving volume or feeding your funnel.

How to scale a DTC brand past $1M/month on Meta without creative fatigue destroying your ROAS: (Doesn't matter if you're spending $50K or $500K/month) 1. SOLO FOUNDER → Lean Operator ($30K–$200K/mo ad spend) You're doing everything yourself and your ROAS is held together by 1–2 winning ads. What you're struggling with: - Winning ads dying with nothing behind them - ROAS dropping and no idea why - Founder is the bottleneck on every creative decision - No iteration loop – when an ad dies you start from scratch - CPA rising every time you try to scale spend Your solutions: - Extract angles from customer reviews and Reddit before briefing a single ad - Map your creative across awareness levels – stop running 90% bottom-of-funnel to cold audiences - Build a naming convention so when something wins you know exactly why - Test 5 hook variations on every concept – one will outspend the others 30 to 1 - Document every winner before it fatigues so you compound it, not restart What scales here: customer language hooks, awareness-level creative, angle bank built from reviews, static offers, transformation formats. This is how you remove yourself from the creative process and stop the account flatlining every time a winner dies. 2. ESTABLISHED BRAND → Systematic Operator ($200K–$600K/mo ad spend) You have the team. Media buyer, editor, in-house creative. But the strategy and ideation gap is killing your ROAS. What you're struggling with: - Media buyer has nothing good to test - Agency just executes – they don't think - Creative output without strategy - CPA rising consistently with no explanation - Hit a revenue ceiling you can't break through - No iteration loop – every month starts from scratch Your solutions: - Build an angle leaderboard after $1K+ per angle – rank by CPA, not gut feel - Validate a new angle from customer research every 2 weeks - Every brief must cite a source – a review, a Reddit thread, a comment section - Run one concept across 3 formats before calling it dead - Hold ads 5 days minimum before cutting – soft metrics tell you what spend doesn't yet What scales here: multi-angle testing frameworks, persona-led UGC, solution-aware formats, podcast and street interview ads for skeptical cold audiences. This is where the creative ceiling breaks and ROAS stabilises at scale. 3. SCALING OPERATOR → Creative Data System ($600K–$3M+/mo ad spend) You have the budget, the team, and possibly multiple agencies. Creative is being produced. But there's no system behind it – just output. What you're struggling with: - Budget but no strategy behind the creative - Agency just executes – no thinking, no compounding - Internal team has no direction - Founder still in creative at $1M+/month spend - Volume increasing, ROAS declining, no one can explain why Your solutions: - Pause the volume machine – week one is customer data only - Build Market Signal Mapping before producing a single ad - Assign every ad a persona, angle, format, and awareness level – data becomes sortable - Compound winners across formats before ever launching new angles - Give the team a system to run independently – founder reviews once a week, nothing more What scales here: full Creative Data System, multi-product multi-funnel angle strategy, compounding iteration loop, creative tracker, angle leaderboard. This is where $1M/month spend becomes possible without CPA blowout. The whole game is knowing which stage you're in and running the right system for it. Most DTC brands are stuck in stage one using stage three tactics – volume without direction, output without angles, spend without signal. Figure out your stage, build the system for it, and within 90 days you become the account that compounds while everyone else restarts.

Don't shut off your top spending ad just because the ROAS sucks. Your top spender is usually doing the hardest job in the ad set. It's bringing people into the funnel. The clicks, the add to carts, the first touch. So its ROAS looks worse than it actually is. Before you kill it, check these: → Cost per add to cart. If it's low, the ad is pulling people in cheap. That's the kinda stuff that the ROAS doesn't show. → What happens to the rest of the ad set when it's off. Most of the time, everything dips with it. Meta is favoring that ad for a reason. It sees data you can't, and it's decided this ad deserves the spend. It's a great example of when you should trust the algo, vs not at all

While everyone is obsessed with UGC, AI characters, wacky and silly viral editing… I’m using image ads and advertorials to rip $20k/days. It’s genuinely rinse and repeat. Whip something up in Canva, lead it to a big ol block of text, and boom.

$100k in a day ✅ Still doesn’t feel real. A year ago we started this business, and if you’d told me we’d be in this position just one year later, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you. A lot of losses, setbacks, and sleepless nights went into getting to this day. Forever grateful. Keep grinding. 👊 @cjfeth @Jameseeeey @TimpanoDante

Mamun ( Meta Ads Media Buyer)
Meta Ads Bid Cap & Cost Cap 🤠 Supplement Brand. Here is the exact ad account structure I’m applying for ecom brands: 📷 CBO Testing (Bid Cap) •Exclusions at the ad set level •Up to 5–40 ads per angle •After 14 days, turn off low spenders and ads spending 2x CPA with no results 📷 Scaling Campaign (Cost Cap) • All Winners 📷 Retargeting Campaign: 1 CBO (Cost Cap) •Use some winning creatives + new MOF-stage creatives. Simple, not complex 📷 💸💸

after having seen more than $70M deployed on Meta so far this year (it’s really over $120M) the best top-of-funnel ad creative remains a long-form educational video there are multiple formats you can use to produce them: - VSLs - AI VSLs with voiceover & AI broll - Yappers - Pixar doctor AI VSL - Fake podcast but the essence of the video remains the same a 3-5 minute direct-response script that educates people on - why does the problem occur - what is really causing the problem - why nothing they’ve tried in the past worked - what’s going to happen if they don’t take action now - the only product that can solve the problem - why does this product work a shallow explanation of the product rarely converts some of the top VSLs we’ve made spend 1.5-2 minutes explaining the unique mechanism of the product we are pitching people are not dumb and they really want to know why this time it would be different don’t cut corners you’re trying to produce an ad that will go on and spend $1m+ profitably

We might be cooked Go to your best image ad in Ads Manager and check Meta's AI generated image options. I found a handwritten Post-It note ad in it. And it wasn't terrible...
