How many of you knew that you could put apps in the finder toolbar? Just hold the command key and drag it on to the toolbar. Works with files and folders as well! 🤯

@Postvox currently unable to access my account in An Post app, it says “unable to get account details” and “click to refresh” where it would normally display my account balance. Been like this a couple days.

I know I’m still here - but #twitter just seems even more ugly these days. Anyone agree? So much vitriolic surety that breeds anger. Anger is an emotion of fear. I think #twitter perfectly holds everything that’s wrong with the western imagination. Just makes me sad.

Yikes, Twitter now prevents you from adding a Mastodon account URL to your Twitter bio website field saying it’s considered “malware”. Petty much @elonmusk ?

Okay y'all, I think I found the best idea for the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro. I added a cat that lives up there like a tamagotchi and just hangs out and does cute stuff as you browse Reddit in my app (Apollo).

If you haven't tried it yet, check out Settings -> Accessibility -> Live Captions (Beta); this is one of many amazing #a11y features in iOS 16. The feature captions any audio out OR in! Honored to have worked on this and beyond stoked for the team to have shipped it!

Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro is a very clever design. Great way to turn the notch into a feature. Love this kind of stuff. A great idea well executed.

The new TrueDepth camera setup can show different alerts and notifications. It’s called the “Dynamic Island.” Can fluidly expand into different shapes using animations and transitions. Works across entire system.

@Postvox Just started filling out my application form to move to AIB. I really wanted An Post to be a contender but the reliability just isn’t there for such an essential service and I gave them enough chances.

@Postvox can’t log into the app this morning to approve an online transaction. Usual terrible reliability of service. Thank goodness for Apple Pay saving my bacon.

@Postvox any issues slowing down online transfers this week? I made 3 transfers on Tuesday and they still haven’t been received. I did the same transfers last month and they went through in the same day.

@Postvox unable to setup transfers to Jars today as well as the online banking site being down too. Shockingly bad reliability.
