ASC update: If we had multiple ASCs running at the same ad account split by either product, collection, offer, creative angle ... Well, right now we are back to having just one. A single scaling ASC. With all top-performing creatives in it.

strategically: does it support and add to our ‘area of genius’ or does it water that down and pull us off centre to our core focus. what’s the ‘why’ behind it. tactically: what’s the investment of time, money, resources against the opportunity and the maximum ROI /pay off period. If we put energy into this new thing, what does it mean we sacrifice that we are currently doing and are the potential gains worth the trade off.

The biggest threat to entrepreneurs is a lack of focus. Fueled by self belief (and funnily enough sometimes self doubt, but we want to prove ourselves wrong), we believe everything is possible, we’re capable of doing everything, yet would be far better off being insanely focussed on very few things. Been there. Lost focus. Shiny object and shiny people syndrome. Wasted a ton of time and energy. It wasn’t that things failed, it’s that the marginal gains weren’t worth the effort.
