@SeekingAlpha writer Mike Fay gives his updated take on Fold Holdings (FLD) @fold_app. IMO Mike makes shares some good data in this article, but he failed to mention Fold's $250M equity purchase facility and $45M revolving credit facility that shields them from needing to sell any $BTC to fund operations. He also doesn't talk about the credit card launch, which will allow them to convert 75k+ customers from their waitlist that will ignite several key growth metrics. Mike doesn't offer a rating for Fold in this article, but instead, states he's keeping on eye on the company at these levels.
