@callebtc Next up is: 1. Skill sharing 2. Knowledge-based management That way a company can start to persist things per employee and have each employee’s use of AI build up the context and documentation to make every other employee more productive in every new chat.

@MatthewBerman You’d be crazy not to rebuild OpenClaw if you’re an AI company. The barrier to entry was one incredibly talented person. If you have any amount of funding it’s well within your reach and the TAM is incredible.

@itsolelehmann Then creating a marketplace for skills within a company would be great since that’s how we all start to improve each others’ productivity within a company.

@TheMG3D It’s more about your AI agent having controlled, auditable, maybe even locally isolated, access to your SaaS products and credit cards and stuff. Without that everyone must assume the AI models have your most sensitive stuff in the chat history and therefore training data.

@1Password For those wondering: This is the cure to the problems with OpenClaw. Funny story: 2 years ago I emailed every product manager at 1Password on LinkedIn because I thought they’d rule the future of agents if they built a framework for access control. Glad it finally shipped.

Today we’re introducing 1Password® Unified Access. As AI agents start operating inside real production environments, organizations need visibility into how credentials and access are actually used. Unified Access helps security teams discover, secure, and audit access across humans, machines, and AI agents. 🔗 More here: bit.ly/4dq2pjO

@techdevnotes Once people start integrating AI as an assistant that uses their product (while you’re in the product with full context on its proper use and your data) productivity and accuracy will truly explode. This is the first step.

Man if the energy transition advocates were thinking chess instead of checkers they should be using this data center moment to be figuring out how to get them to cost share that long distance intra regional high voltage backbone that they always wanted the ratepayer to fully fund in the past in a win-win. 765kv from Ohio to DC might help deliver CCGT gas now but would set up for that holy grail interregional transmission probably later on.

Cuba is quietly collapsing. Blackouts lasting 10–18 hours a day. Fuel shortages. Food rationing worse than the 1990s “Special Period.” Hospitals without medicine. A population fleeing by the hundreds of thousands. The Cuban state blames U.S. sanctions. Washington blames socialism. Reality is simpler: Decades of central planning hollowed out the economy. Sanctions then sealed the coffin. Cuba imports ~70–80% of its food and much of its fuel. Venezuela’s oil shipments collapsed. Tourism hasn’t recovered. The power grid is literally falling apart. Now the island survives on remittances and ration cards. Meanwhile the political class in Washington debates war with Iran while ignoring a humanitarian collapse 90 miles from Key West, Florida, where I live. Empire abroad. Misery next door. This is what failed policy looks like. The US government should end sanctions that make the Cuban people collateral damage in the fight against Communism, stop giving the regime a scapegoat which has driven the state closer to adversaries and entrenched the communist regime. Allow free trade between Cuban businesses and Americans, allow travel, and let Cuban markets liberalize rather than rely on the state for sustenance or let prosperity live only in the black markets. Liberating Cuba is possible, and it doesn’t require a single American bomb nor bullet.

@cafreiman Time to move the goalposts again. We should consider anyone who doesn’t own a 3 bedroom home, doesn’t have 24/7 access to transportation, and doesn’t meat for dinner seven days a week “extremely poor.” Give it another 50 years and the curve will look exactly the same as above.

Just back from the Texas Power Summit at @TAMU. Great discussions with the Aggie community, data center operators, Bitcoin miners, grid leaders, and Texas officials including Rep. Drew Darby and Rep. Brad Buckley. As Darby says, “Texas is the energy capital of the world.”⚡ For AI to scale, energy strategy must be embedded from day one. Bitcoin showed how compute can align with energy markets. Now AI and networks like Bittensor are following that path. Texas is helping lead the way. Thanks @GideonOPowell for the invitation #AIinfrastructure #Energy #Bitcoin #Bittensor
