Fossil fuel burning releases 60x as much CO2 as volcanoes each year.
Last time CO2 concentration increased to current levels, 4 million years ago, it occured over millenia, not 300 years. Temps were 5 degrees higher, sea levels 20 m higher than today before CO2 fell again.

If you're selling a home, you should have to provide a building inspection report - instead of every interested buyer paying for their own. We're changing the rules to require exactly that.
