That was a terrific speech in Parliament by Alison, and it is a great relief to see such honesty from our federal representatives about the bastardisation of the Sex Discrimination Act by the Gillard Government without proper scrutiny or objection from the then opposition under Tony Abbott. What was done to the SDA was a complete failure of the Australian Parliament, and it is about time Parliament took responsibility for fixing it. There are many many good things about Alison's Private Member's Bill, but if it is to go forward it must be scrutinised in a way the amendments of 2013 were not. The whole purpose of those amendments was to insert 'Gender Identity' into the Act. All the other new protected characteristics were just window dressing. That's why the definition of Sex was removed at the same time. The newly created protected characteristic of sexual orientation is meaningless, because men can (and do) have the 'Gender Identity' of lesbian in Australia. Because 'Gender' has no legally (or socially) comprehensible definition, so it follows that 'Gender Identity' also had no legally (or socially) comprehensible definition. Removing the definition of 'Sex' removed its top priority as a protected characteristic in the SDA, and put it on an equal legal footing to 'Gender Identity'. The very real fact of sex is now legally equivalent to the very unreal concept of 'Gender Identity'. The legally protected concept of 'GI' allows gross abuse that goes fast beyond men in women's single sex spaces, sports, and services. Legal 'Gender Identity' protections gives legal sanction to: - - Men who insist their children call him 'Mum' and their partners call themselves 'Lesbians'. In other words, Domestic Abuse. - Commonwealth Schools and federally funded community organisations to operate 'Queer Clubs' with activities for ages 12 to 25 based around sex and sexuality. A Paedophile's Paradise. - Men to claim medical assistance that will encourage their infants to suck on their nipples. CSA - Children to be put on a social, chemical, and surgical pathway to deny their sex and live a life of deception and extreme drug and medical dependence. Extreme Self Harm There are more harms that come to individuals and society from the concept of Gender Identity, and to leave it as a protected characteristic in a Commonwealth Act is unconscionable. Another consideration is that 'Gender Identity' has no limitation. Either in law or in the imagination of the most devoted believers in the concept. There is nothing to restricts a man from claiming he has the GI of a dog, or a tree. The amendments must go and full consideration must be given to the establishment of positive sex based rights for women, as well as comprehensive and inviolable safety protections for Australian children against this harmful ideology.

This codified and expanded insurance protections for gender-affirming care across plans, including hormone therapy, breast augmentation, facial surgery, and more It even prevents insurers from denying what transgenders consider medically necessary care. It’s training and gearing you up with equitable in class competitive practice for literally years of your life until finally there you are at the first of important determining competitions relative with prejudice to the successes of your immediate future. You arrive. Immediately, your weapons case and gear bag are absconded with as some mutant Markie Mark lookalike swaggers on range wearing peddle pushers with his jaw ticking all over the damn place. Nobody even glances at his case and gear bag. They’re too busy handing you what feels like Balsa in an envelope. This is so beyond feeling setup that you’re asking yourself “why”? Why do you like this? What’s this mutant in drag shooter expected to do for the sport or even his own kind? Why such a legitimate setting for such a shit-show? This type of clown does shit-shows all over the place, all the time. There’s even clubs for ‘em. What’s the message here? Is it so obvious you can’t see it ‘cos “on the way to University” is the setting? What are they doing to you as a class of human being by pitting you against such an obvious case of psychosis? And this is in front of Our Heavenly Father and everybody. Look at it: one mutant in peddle pushers with one fake-eyelash stuck to his site. And he’s backed by coaches, sports governing bodies, politicians, the school administrators... I’d conjecture there’s a whole helluva lot more than backslapping and laughing going on and it’ll take a damn site more than just walking away to fix. In fact the more people say walk away, the more I hear “they just want in to pee”. Now the rights of adolescent girls to single-sex toilets at school has been officially, albeit arbitrarily, revoked. Not taken out of law, not rescinded. Just, revoked by a schoolboard(s) say-so all across the country. & I’m looking but I’m not seeing any further or farther that I can walk away to…

Why not simply follow the law. Just tell the boy “No.” He never enters a girl’s locker room or shower or overnight accommodation yet alone a competition ever again. ‘Cos for the life of me, it is a complete mystery why it can be asked of an entire team of girls to not participate in their own event, but one boy cannot be STOPPED COMPLETELY from indulging his psychosexual proclivity, anti-social pathology & paraphiliac disorder within the very real context of girl’s sports. When it looked for half a second that the high school sports governing body would not be able to enable his indulgence due to funds cancellation, Mr. AB Hernandez competed, makeup and all, on the boys’ team. On the boys’ team where there are NO girls. Not one! He preferred being “outed” to losing scholarship money. & If I am not mistaken that was little more than a semester ago, and he performed up to par. But some fancy political moves were made and an avenue was forged, and Mr. Hernandez stormed the girl’s locker room once again. So frankly the only way I can see to STOP “it” is to not have “it” happen at all ever again! Girls not populating the girls’ sports teams leaves you with two boys’ teams & with the same coerced forfeiture confronting the next echelons of girls thereafter & thereafter until the only thing you will have put a STOP to is GIRLS’ Sports all for the sake of fulfilling the burgeoning pathological personality and paraphiliac disorders of a young man who has just begun what is warned by responsible clinicians to be an at best unfortunate journey. + the repercussions to girls and young women have been ramping up so steadily as to no longer be able to provide plausible deniability as to cause. That you & @georgewilluk so blatantly insist that the only guaranteed resolution to the utter and complete disregard of girls’ rights to physical autonomy & bodily agency is to make way for the extortion of those legislated rights via standing down to the unsightly crazy of a X-dressing boy to whom no one of authority will say “No,”is revelatory I think that there’s a reason you each stand so staunchly in support of such a grotesque acquiescence. And I have also been hearing a groundswell that’s begun speaking aloud this pogrom against women and children in tweets, & toks & vlogs. It’s a groundswell fast rising to surface. Why? It’s girls sports. The one’s to blame 💯 are the sports officials and the school admins and the boy himself + his parents. He’s the boy intruding into girls’ sports. School knows he’s a boy. Sports governing officials know he’s a boy. His mom knows he’s a boy. He knows he’s a boy. The President of the United States of America signed a bill stating no boys in girls sports, but your solution is the girls forfeit a hard won achievement opportunity they’ve trained important years of their vey young lives for. Explain why? Explain why the boy is being supported by you even just theoretically in his unconscionable lack of probity. And explain why it’s your considered solution for the girls to surrender their event to the variant issues of psychosis and ani-social behaviors of a 6’2” young man wearing more makeup than any one of them? Why wouldn’t you say instead that the adults the officials, & the coach should tell that young man: “No, son. You’re misguided. Being an effeminate male is not a qualification for girl’s sport. Nor is it any impunity whatsoever for you intruding yourself into women and girls’ single-sex space, son.” Please tell me why is it you think girls need to not do their thing? Not represent for girls’ sports & for themselves as very young women on the threshold of adulthood? Why do you as an adult male support girls should forego the challenge of being best in the class and category they as females define for the sake of not saying “No” to a boy. It’s like you don’t even entertain the idea of telling him the most obvious “No.” under the most obvious circumstances, and I really want to know why having an entire team of girls stand down is a viable solution and comes more readily to mind even in imagination than telling one boy “No” he may not participate in girls’ sport.
