Communism is a monarchy in the sense a political party is the sovereign actor capable of debt forgiveness and in charge of production against a financial oligarchy. This is what a DoTP is and what Juche accomplished. Juche also has one of the most advanced class theories applicable to the west: the "third class" of artists and office workers, who can be revolutionary IF the party ruthlessly educates them into the correct ideology. In the mid 30's he debated Max Borne (who was the height of the anglobox) and asserted, I think rightly, that complementarity is only understandable through dialectics.
