@AmericanAir Wrong - 1st delay was due to crew timing out AFTER everyone boarded, deplaned and waited 3 hrs for a crew - then the weather delay - on top of that flight crew can’t activate in-seat power so is there anything they can do? YES turn on the in-seat power

@AmericanAir I’ve been CK for a few years now. I’m tired of middle seats (NYC last week and SAN this week). Gate agents don’t announce CK pre-boarding anymore. FAs don’t recognize status once onboard. CK status and AA service definitely deteriorated.
