I'll keep banging on about FSG, Liverpool should be at least matching Arsenal level of spending every window, im not asking for Man City spending.
We are a colossal club, my expectations are absolutely enormous for the club, we should expect the best and get the best.

@flybe not surprised by this at all. Wonder if it’s because the airline is failing that these tactics are being employed. Suggestion - focus on profitable routes and looking after your customers.

Just been rinsed by @flybe for £50 at @GLA_Airport because the case I use repeatedly to travel doesn’t fully fit into the test box. Why? Because my flight is delayed 35 minutes and they’ve got time to kill. Fits perfectly under seat and overhead locker. Shocking.

It’s been exactly a month since my complaint with @British_Airways was raised and unsurprisingly no response whatsoever. Luckily I have plenty of other airlines to choose from to book with for upcoming travel.
