Hi Team @makemytrip & @makemytripcare .... I had recently paid Rs 43,594 for @IndiGo6E flight bookings (dates 5-13 Dec) for family via your portal. In the ongoing #IndiGoCrisis, even their flights were cancelled. Now Indigo has sent an email on 6-Dec stating that they have initiated a refund of an amount of Rs 38,022, which, according to them, has zero deductions. I am assuming by now, Indigo would have credited this amount back to MMT, as the civil aviation ministry had directed the airline to complete the ticket refund process for the cancelled flights by Sunday evening (7-Dec) itself. I am yet to get this money from MMT. Also, I had paid Rs 43,594 , and Indigo claims to have returned Rs 38,022. So I want to understand how much of the difference between these two figures is attributed to the Convenience Fee, Ancillary Fee and taxes/etc. And how much of the Rs 43,594 that I paid initially, will I actually get back from Indigo+MMT? Waiting for acknowledgement from your team so that I can share more details (PNR, etc.) via DM. Thanks
