All languages in India are regional languages. Because each region speaks different languages. Hindi too is a regional language. Just that it is the largest regional language. It's a politically loaded narrative to call it as a national language or Rashtra Bhasha. Non Hindi speaking states should take cue from Tamil Nadu. Make your state's language strong. Make it thrive and not merely survive. Let those who come for jobs in your state, learn your language. If you go to other states for jobs, learn their language. Don't let the political agenda of one nation, one language succeed. India's strength and beauty lies in it's diversity.
