@maddenifico Rape is a crime that Trump was never accused of. She even said he didn't "throw her on the ground and ravish her." Of course she's not the best expert for anything given her "poor" memory. x.com/i/status/20600…

Never forget that Trump accuser E. Jean Carroll called rape “sexy” on Live TV. It was so bad that Anderson Cooper had to cut the camera. You know it’s bad when she’s even too crazy for CNN.

In case anyone was wondering what the judge's ruling against Trump in the E. Jean Carroll case was.

Gretchen Carlson calls out Trump’s DOJ for targeting E. Jean Carroll: “Because of me coming forward almost 10 years ago now against Fox News for sexual harassment... this is very personal to me that the President of the United States would be coming after somebody who had the courage to come forward.”

@FoxNews Can Venezuela take control of Cuba? With their wealth, assuming it can be kept from being stolen, they can easily support another 10m people.

NEW: Sec. Rubio gives an update on the "three phase" process playing out in Venezuela: "Over 10 million barrels of Venezuelan oil have been delivered to the United States since the 3rd of January. That industry is being professionalized for the first time ever. It's going to the benefit of the Venezuelan people." "They are selling oil in the market at market rates. The money is going to an account in the United States, controlled and monitored by Treasury, audited by KPMG. And it's, for the first time ever, the money is not being stolen. It's going to the benefit of the Venezuelan people."

I'm always amazed Starbucks has gotten as large as it has. Their product tastes like the worst 2AM truck stop coffee, that's why everybody puts so much artificial flavoring in it just to make it drinkable. Hats off to their marketing team, I guess.

@theorignalspy @TheTNHoller @RepJamesClyburn Tim Scott is a Senator for SC. If Clyburn runs for any district he will win as his office does good constituent service. Blacks cotes for Strom Thurmond because he did good constituent service despite his racist tendencies.

@TheTNHoller @RepJamesClyburn Is it possible for white people to vote for black representation? This country had a two term black president. How about black people voting for white representation? You know the answer. Why can’t we just all get along? Race doesn’t matter a damn…it’s policy and personality.

SOUTH CAROLINA — @RepJamesClyburn: “Why is it when you have a 75% white district that’s not racial, but you have a 45% Black district that is racial? There’s no way the numbers bear this out… I never thought I’d see the day the Supreme Court would be so openly partisan.”

South Carolina, where the first shot of the civil war was fired, where 40 percent of those enslaved came through the Charleston port, is today engaged in an ugly recidivism to draw maps that will deny a Black person the chance to serve in Congress. The stakes could not be higher. Our political fight is not on a playground, but a moral battleground. We must stand for Black representation across the South.

The company awarded the general contract on a federal-funded project can hire whoever it wants as a subcontractor. It is not limited by location or price it wants to pay. The overall contract price awarded to the general contractor sets the price ceiling. How the GC uses those funds to pay subs is not of concern to the "owner." Stick to what you know -- which seems like not much.
Gabe Sanchez@iamgabesanchez

Now here's another question: why is an Oklahoma company being subcontracted for a project in the nation's capital? Plenty of qualified local firms exist. Oh, and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin, who was photographed at the reflecting pool with Trump, is from Oklahoma. I'll let you connect the dots.

@DonnieBonkiers @KatieMiller What is meant by "stake" in regard to a 501c? And yes there are plenty of ways to convert to a for profit and it just depends on who owns what assets and how did they get them.

@KatieMiller True Misinformation: OpenAI began nonprofit and Brockman testified to a huge stake. OpenAI says the nonprofit still controls the PBC; the legal question is disputed, not settled. “You cannot convert” is argument, not fact. Keep simping for your baby daddy.

After two days of testimony, it’s clear that Greg Brockman put tremendous time, energy, and effort into OpenAI. However, OpenAI was founded as a charity. By definition, a charity does not exist to enrich its founders, employees, or investors. If Greg wanted to build personal wealth, he should have launched a for-profit company, as he successfully did with Stripe. Greg testified that his stake in OpenAI is now worth $30 billion. Imagine the president of St. Jude’s or Habitat for Humanity doing the same. Greg also testified that OpenAI sold its API and products commercially to make money, not to benefit all of humanity—the stated mission of OpenAI. The fundamental issue in this case is simple: you cannot convert a nonprofit into a for-profit.

The maximum annual Social Security payroll tax contribution is currently $10,453.20. If you paid that full amount every year from age 18 until retirement, your maximum Social Security benefit would be about $4,873 per month. By contrast, if you had invested that same amount annually in a low-cost S&P 500 index fund instead, you could expect roughly $32,583 per month in retirement income. Social Security is a scam.

OpenAI will probably win because Elon’s case has one fatal problem: He has to convince the court that OpenAI’s structure is a betrayal, while OpenAI has receipts showing he wanted a profit structure too, just with himself in control. That does not look like defending the mission. It looks like losing the throne and suing the kingdom.

@DanielRAlonso @shipwreckedcrew Exactly my point. He's a smart, experienced, federal criminal attorney. But, I suspect, because of his political policy preferences he's rendered intentionally, or unintentionally, from providing objective legal analysis if it could be taken as supporting the other political side

The DOJ has indicted David Morens, a former adviser to Anthony Fauci, for allegedly deleting emails and trying to dodge FOIA requests of his communications. Acting AG Todd Blanche says: "Dr. Morens and his co-conspirators deliberately concealed information and falsified records in an effort to suppress alternative theories regarding the origins of COVID-19." Morens squirmed through an Oversight hearing last year where they had him dead to rights on multiple lies

I think technically its a .38 Super. Which is a weird round choice. It's favored by gang bangers based on it's Mexican roots, (it's unlawful to have a round carried by the police in Mexico, as I understand it,) and competitive shooters because its hotter than a 9mm but not as heavy as .45 ACP. I've got 1911s in all three. I wonder why he picked that round. Anytime you post something about guns and ammo get ready for the comments, so tell me what you think. The Lefty Legal Beagles don't like the theory -- that doesn't make the indictment weak. The offense conduct is outrageous. Police pay informants to further the gathering of evidence to prosecute -- to stop crime. SPLC paid informants to drive fundraising . Link below.
