@tbanting I'll blame Apple's philosophy :-) Their goal is to make UIs that are so intuitive that a manual is not required...Even the best UI can be confusing & not all UIs are the best. Often, developers try to shed documentation costs by claiming docs/help are not needed.

New features rolled out to #MicrosoftTeams - great, but where do users go to know how to use it? Ah, the tiny "Help" button tucked away in the bottom left-hand side of the app. But nothing on the new "notes" button in meetings? Where does that Loop component live? #UCaaS
