People see the box on TV and think now the accuracy has improved, but that's not what happened. They changed the game's basic definitions to make it computable.

I don't think people understand that they changed the strike zone for the robots. This is a new strike zone. The TV box is real now but it was not real before.

What baseball has done with pitch clock and ABS is unbelievable. One of the most traditional games making adjustments and it rewarding the fans. Just smart stuff and the online interaction from ABS can’t be denied. Bravo Baseball.

Why hasn't this caught on in the US? They've been eating self-heating food in Japan (Bento) for several years now. I used to mark students down for using AI. Now I refuse to mark their papers at all & instead call them in to have a conversation about integrity. I give them a chance to redo their work properly with a grade reduction. It's time consuming, yes, but it's also our job as teachers.
