@AmazonHelp This is not helpful. I was directed to this handle by amazon.uk and now directed back to order page. Items were returned in November but no refund or partial refund. I have provided you with the order numbers and can you not forward these to the relevant department?

@AmazonUK why return counters are becoming less and less? It impossible to find one and it becomes nightmare to return items.

@virginmedia i DM VM and wasted 3 hours. It kept going through the security again and again. Did not get to stage of sorting the issue. What a useless company. Cancelling my order.

Imagine being a company as big as @virginmedia and still giving the WORST customer service. Nearly 6 days of waiting for our tv and Internet package (delivery due 14th)...and we are told "just wait". And no, it's not even with the courier yet Do better. Shocking.

@_RossMcc1 Same thing. Took half day off but installation cancelled at last minute and new date given which is 6 weeks away. Spent 1.15 hour to find out the reason but no clear answer. Cannot afford to waste another day for this pathetic service.

Supposed to get virgin media installed today and it’s been an utter shambles 😕😂😂

جب حکیم صاحب کلاس میں پہنچے تو ڈاکٹر بائڈ ایک مریض کے مرض کے بارے میں طلباءکو سمجھا رہے تھے۔ ان کی رائے میں مرض کی وجہ پتہ پرورم تھا۔ انہوں نے حکیم صاحب سے کہا کہ وہ بھی مریض کا معائنہ کریں اور اپنی رائے سے آگاہ کریں۔ معائنے کے بعد حکیم صاحب نے کہا کہ مریض کی آنتوں کے ابتدائی حصے پر پرانا زخم ہے، جس کے باعث داد کی تکلیف، یرقان اور حرارت ہے۔ ڈاکٹر بائڈ نے ان سے کہا کہ کل اس مریض کا آپریشن ہو گا، آپ ضرور آیئے۔ پھر ہنس کر بولے: یہ طب یونانی اور انگریزی طب کا امتحان ہے۔ دوسرے روز مریض کا پیٹ چاک کرنے پر حکیم صاحب کی تشخیص صحیح نکلی۔ ڈاکٹر بائڈ نے نہایت خوش دلی سے حکیم صاحب کو ان کی صحیح تشخیص پر نہ صرف مبارک باد دی، بلکہ انہیں اور ڈاکٹر مختار انصاری کو اپنے گھر ڈنر پر مدعو کیا۔ وہاں ڈاکٹر بائڈ نے اپنی بیوی سے، جو خود بھی سینئر سرجن تھیں، حکیم اجمل خاں کا تعارف کراتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ ہیں ڈاکٹر انصاری کے ہم وطن، جنہوں نے تشخیص کے مقابلے میں مجھے شکست دی ہے!
