Nobody wants a 3,500 sq ft boomer house. Gen Z doesn't want it. Millennials can't afford it. Foreign buyers are gone. These homes are becoming stranded assets. And there are thousands of them sitting on the market right now.

@CryptoMikli He's either stupid or lying. Big pharma buys out smaller companies that have great trials then shelf the medicine to keep their product line as the "go-to".

Martin Shkreli says believing Big Pharma hides cures is a “below 60 IQ take” “If you actually know anything about making medicine, you don’t half-make a medicine. You either make it or you don’t. The idea that companies would hold back a real cure makes no sense, because the first one to solve it wins everything”

@heyesgee_ @tylerhmead I add flax seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon, make it the night before and reheat and have a few nuts or 100% peanut butter before, all of those things reduce glucose spike, I don’t have one at all according to monitor.

I’ve started eating steel cut oats, and I do not understand the witchcraft where I can have a bowl at 10 am and basically not feel hunger for the rest of the day

@hank_tuttle2 @acoyne Absolutely. If Carney does what he says he will do, then good for us. Remember he has the same bunch of tools that served with Trudeau. Maybe that's why he is coercing conservatives across the floor?

This idea that cutting grocery prices by 30-40% per Canadian would involve a $300M per year subsidy is ludicrous. There are 40 million Canadians. A $300 million subsidy is about $7.50 per person. The average Canadian consumes more than $ 25 per year worth of food! #cdnpoli
Scott Robertson@sarobertsonca

Avi Lewis: "We have a very clear plan to cut grocery prices by 30-40% for Canadians at a cost to the federal government ... We'd subsidize it. It costs $350m to launch and $300m a year, which is one-half of 1% of the current defence budget."

@GordonPurch @acoyne As for infrastructure projects these will take time . Several have been approved and many are under consideration across the country . Also we are finally investing in our military after decades of neglect by all parties. As with everything time will tell whose right

@GordonPurch @acoyne He has changed the tone in Canada . 2 anti federal western premiers smith and moe speak highly of carney . They didn’t even want to talk to Trudeau. His pro energy policy is seen as very encouraging for investment in western Canada .
