Dear @amazonIN , with utter regret and as a last hope, i am sharing my dissapointment with your service. I ordered 2 @BibaIndia suits from Amazon, of which i received none but another article suit. Upon complain, i am told that Amazon service cannot help. Who can help then?

@AmazonHelp Hi Team, got no clear resolution. Again without any discussion, the team replied over the email that they cannot help. Amazon has taken 10k for providing a product and service, i got nothing and suffered to pay 10k. please support with fair decision. i ll support with the query.

@AmazonHelp it was an event at my place and i ordered two @BibaIndia suit set priced at 10k. i received the order and when i opened it i received a complete different item. now when i returned the product, the seller is neither accepting this different product nor giving refund of both dress

@AmazonHelp your support team told that they cannot help in such a case, INR 10 000 got stuck in my case and i have called nearly 12 times to the support team but they say that seller has denied the claim and they couldn't find anything. how on earth is this possible ? why would i lie ?

@chicagopizza_in Ordered a large pizza only to receive a cockroach feasting on it. received it after 1 hour 20 min @swiggy_in such a poor customer service to acknowledge such a request. I received the order after 1 hour 20 mins only to experience this.
