Without getting into too much detail my digestion has been more resilient than ever since potatomaxxing. I can eat anything and nothing really bloats me at all anymore as long as I keep significant potato intake. I just eat 1-3 lbs every day and don’t worry about much else

7-Keto-DHEA cannot be converted into sex hormones so is safe from aromatisation. But it’s not taken for sex hormone increase. It is a metabolic tool that works on 3 main enzymes. Fatty acyl CoA oxidase breaks down fatty acids in the liver which is good for liver fat which most people have these days. Less liver fat means better liver function. Malic enzyme allows more NADPH production which supports glutathione (an antioxidant) and gets rid of reactive oxygen species. More NADPH means more usable glutathione. Women usually take 25-100mg Men usually 50-200mg Titrate up slowly and take in the mornings/early afternoon if splitting dose. The last thing you want is turning your body into furnace when it’s supposed to be winding down for sleep.

@EagleTwoRomeo Same for me, sometimes marmalade can be okay in skyr+honey, but best for me is tea made with peels, ginger and hibiscus (for sourness) + you can add black tea or yerba mate. Oh and marmalade in chocolate cake is good too.

A member of our Transform group was able to lower her blood pressure from 155 to 113 and get off her blood pressure meds when we had her focus on getting ~5,000 mg potassium through food consistently over time. The potassium RDA used to be 4,700 mg/day, but in 2019 it was lowered to 2,600 after the National Academies changed the criteria from to “adequate intake” (AI) estimates. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Many people would likely benefit from increasing their dietary potassium intake, which improves carb tolerance and fluid balance. See the attached image from one of Transform resource PDFs for some of the best potassium sources 🥔 (While the AI is 2,600 mg, we have consisted seen many do better at higher intakes)

Breakfast - clean spelt cereals, skim milk, bananas, double espresso, skim condensed milk, 10g gelatin, some salt - 200g C, 55g P, 5g F. Also 1g aspirin, 5mcg T3, B1, magnesium, chicken lamp and other things. 2 hours later I have 48 pulse and 36,2°C (97,16F). How cooked am I?

@supplementmaxer I went up to 4 thiamega capsules + 6-8 thiamax capsules (+ their cofactors) divided into two doses per day, together it was 2,4g of B1, felt nothing.
