Bloo has lightened my hair to the point where everyone thinks I've gotten highlights. Not the look that I'm going for, but it's still pretty cool.

*apolactoferrin, not regular lactoferrin, is probably the better form when the goal is Candida, bacteria, and biofilm control. It is the iron-free form, so it can bind free iron and make it harder for microbes to grow. Regular lactoferrin is still useful, but apo makes more sense when the goal is to limit microbial access to iron. PMID: 1555756, PMID: 9223614, PMID: 19451301

I took a quarter Cynomel and felt nothing, is this normal? What mean?

@DocAbirHealth Is this the same with 7-keto-DHEA? This is a guru favorite recommendation for women and claimed to not impact hormones?

Don’t just drink your orange juice, eat the peels too. “I make marmalade from the peels, if they are organic. Shred, soak, cook slowly simmering in water for about an hour before adding sugar, and letting that simmer until it thickens a little. The peels are rich in antiinflammatory chemicals, more than the juice."-Ray Peat “The marmalade has the extract of the peeling which has a lot of therapeutic things. Cooking the peeling extracts some of the anti-inflammatory things."-Ray Peat "Naringin and naringenin are major protective factors in the orange peel that you get in the marmalade, and the added sugar is an added anti-stress factor that supports your thyroid. It is a kind of medical substance.”-Ray Peat
