I've never seen any evidence that trans-identified men face an enhanced risk of assault in men's loos. But in case they do, the @EHRC Code says that, wherever practicable, additional mixed sex options should be made available. Another option is for men to stop hitting other men

And this is how she reacted when in an NHS changing room, where a clean, hygenic, professional colleague was changing into a fresh uniform. Utterly preposterous. Like a scene from the film Halloween.
