I once worked for someone who had "team morale" events based around very specifically what they enjoyed doing.
And, if you didn't get as into as they did, they got upset, and you weren't going to be on the team that long.
I'm sorry but exchaging Funko Pops during a company paid for dinner (the Funko Pops being the thing) is fine and all, but I'm not going to decorate my office with hundreds of them (which he had done).
Those in the office always promoted, and those that stuck around a long time had their offices stacked with these stupid things.
BTW...those were not the high performers on the team.
They were the bootlickers.
That company (perhaps not coincidentally) is now out of business.
I get moral building. But cults of personality have no place in business.

A woman will contend that "friends to lovers" is horrifying because he only wanted sex; then she'll go hookup with a random stranger who only wants sex hoping it'll lead to friendship. It's a good reminder not to take women seriously the same way you take men seriously.
