@TruecallerHelp Why can’t I add more than 5 number series? It keeps asking me to remove one of the previous series. I can’t do that because I get spam calls from previously added series as well. Please help. This limit makes no sense!
@MyntraSupport How’s one supposed to get any support? “Call me back” option has no option to connect to real human. AI speaks and disconnects the call.

Your chatbot is dumb and won't connect me to an agent. Your service engineer took money for a spare part in advance, hasn't installed it in 2 days, and didn't share an invoice with product names. He came to fix another issue, which has arisen again.

@OneCardHelp How's one supposed to get any support? Your app's chat system is dumb. I have wasted a lot of time trying to close my card. Customer care number is cherry on top as it will send a WhatsApp link to use the dumb AI chat which was not able to help in the first place!
