The end of last year I bought an Audi RS7, it cost about $140,000 and is the most expensive car I've ever bought. My last car was the 2004 Jeep Wrangler I bought in college and is worth about $10,000. #MoziMobiles Here is why I bought it and believe it was a great purchase:

@trobrock Experienced the list syndrome myself. It deviates focus from what's important and weakens the outcome. Strong leadership should be always behind this. 💪

4. Never have more than one list. Product teams love to have bug lists, feature lists, etc… The list of projects your team will work on should be on one ordered list. The order of this list is the order your team will start and complete the work.

I've worked on a lot of product teams and most don't really understand prioritization. You’ll hear things like “they are both important” or “can we add more people and do both?”. This isn’t how it should work and will slow your team down. Here’s how I have managed it before:
