@VikHasya Only good thing about @Olacabs is their consistency in pathetic customer service. In my recent outstation trip, I didn't get any help and I ended up paying extra money. I have ola post paid. Raised complaint but no response from them. No ola outstation in future.

If this is the quality of their emergency response team, after all the untoward incidents that have happened in the ride hailing space, we still are long way away from making our cab rides safe for women, families and generally people.
