@qr_SupportTeam The worst things is that I am being asked the same questions, again and again by different people! Absolutely discouraging. I thought @qatarairways was customer friendly. But experience is terrible.

@qatarairways submitted a mishandled bag complaint (MIA4659824) on 4 Oct 2025. Responded to same questions by Qatar team twice. Used help line and called airport many times. But no resolution even after 10 days. Whats wrong with this world’s best airline?

I provided info on DM and guess what, I am being asked the same questions that I replied to yesterday! “Hello again Hina, we express our gratitude for reaching out to us. Kindly elaborate on your concern for a better understanding and we shall provide you with prompt assistance.”
