This week we learned hundreds of nurses in Ontario are losing their jobs due to 8 YEARS OF FORD GOVT HOSPITAL UNDERFUNDING. We also learned Ontario lost 16.7K jobs in June. So I was once again reminded what Doug said when he campaigned to become Premier⬇️🫩

If we had gone ahead with PET's NEP all of Canada would be using Canadian oil. We would have pipelines across the country. We would not have oil prices causing inflation again. We would have a $trillion wealth fund. We would have gotten world prices for all the oil we exported.

🌞Good morning Canada. Adam Schiff is upset that California liquor isn't making it onto Canadian shelves. Let's put this into perspective. Canadian steel, aluminum, forestry, auto parts, agriculture, and countless other industries are being hit with tariffs and economic coercion. Canadian workers are paying the price. Canada invested billions in the Gordie Howe International Bridge to strengthen North American trade and reduce dependence on a privately controlled crossing. Yet today, that investment is being undermined by an administration willing to weaponize trade while private interests continue to profit from the bottleneck. So forgive Canadians if California wine isn't at the top of our list of concerns. Respect is earned through good-faith partnerships, not tariffs, threats, and economic blackmail. When the United States stops treating its closest ally like an adversary, normal trade can resume. Until then, Canada has every right to defend its own economy. You get yourself a coffee ☕️ or tea 🍵. I know ... for Canada ,,, the "new" agreement on the Howe bridge really only means it will take 7 more years to get paid off ... but the whole thing stinks ... Trump & his henchmen will run around saying the beat us into submission .. Really all he did was finish off the remains of any trust Canada has had with the formerly great nation to our south ..we will see the bridge open and trade will flow ... But the stench from the rotting remains of American democracy would not have been restrained by a closed bridge anyway
