How can @loveholidays go about changing my flights so that I leave 4 hours later going out to my destination and come home 9 hours earlier from my destination. For a TWO NIGHT city break!

@loveholidays I’m very disappointed with how my request to cancel/reschedule booking was handled. Our cat is critically ill, and we can’t travel as advised by our vet. I was told there’s no flexibility since it’s within 5 days, despite these exceptional circumstances.

@BlueSeaHotels @loveholidays don’t bother booking with either of these two companies. Absolutely useless handling a complaint and have denied everything listed. The hotel (Cala Millor) was absolutely disgusting and we had such a horrible experience here -don’t book!

@loveholidays The cost of living is going up people are working harder for less money, meaning holidays are far and few between. We booked this holiday back in January, paid month by month always on time to then have our holiday cancelled so close to flying.

Absolutely disgusting customer service received from @loveholidays booked to fly to Las Vegas in 14 days. Without even receiving a PHONE CALL they have cancelled our holiday. This is a company I have used for several years and planned many trips however I will never use again!

Find it absolutely disgusting that @loveholidays won’t help me missing my flight to Dubai yesterday due to signalling issues on the train to Heathrow airport £2000 down and they are refusing to help me. Where is the compassion. I am LIVID! @loveholidaysCS

So dissatisfied with Loveholidays. They knew from June about the German hotel booking company going bankrupt they used. But you didn’t tell us. You’re paying customers. We only found out at midnight arriving at our hotel when they said there is no room for us!!!!
