@RamThackeray @Uber_Support I booked a outstation cab from Gurgaon to Jaipur. And that’s why he continuously insisted to pay offline and cancel the ride until he did cancel and left me in middle of street at 2 AM with my luggage

@hopping_bug @Uber_Support Reason could be something else, but not Offline. If anyone wants to take you offline, they will call & confirm before reaching to your place. Why will they waste his own time and fuel?
