This cycle isn't about the hype anymore Real money moves to builders, not talkers NFTs will stick around, but only the projects that solved actual problems will matter When web3 finally delivers real utility, the mainstream won't need convincing they'll just show up naturally

hill i will fucking die on: amazon is one of the greatest ai companies hiding in plain sight, they are PRINTING money from AI: 2025 Q4 earnings: AWS rev up 30% after every company realized it’s easier to spin up AI via amazon servers (shock) today’s shareholder letter: - ai revenue hit $15B annual rate - amazon ai chips hit $20B rev (better than AMD), future capacity already sold out - 1 million robots live and working amazon owns the chips training claude, the infrastructure management layer for AI, the data to train robots and…. 22% of anthropic $AMZN added $133 billion to its market cap today

$AMZN CEO Andy Jassy released Amazon’s annual shareholder letter: • AWS AI revenue is running above $15B annually • Amazon expects around $200B of 2026 capex mostly tied to AI infra • Project Leo already has 200+ satellites in orbit ahead of launch. • $4B+ is going toward rural delivery expansion while 1M+ robots are now deployed across fulfillment. • Grocery gross sales surpassed $150B in 2025. • Graviton, Trainium & Nitro are now at a $20B+ run rate with multiple Trainium generations already heavily reserved

$AMZN owns: • 6% of OpenAI • 15% of Anthropic Everyone thinks this is about forcing them onto Amazon Web Services. Wrong. AWS’s CEO made it clear: “We invest for the investment — not for AWS usage.” OpenAI and Anthropic valuations are skyrocketing. $AMZN will be a massive beneficiary.

$AMZN AWS CEO: “All Anthropic models out today were trained on Trainium.” Trainium 2 has been sold out, Trainium 3 is almost completely subscribed and a part of Trainium 4 is already reserved. Chip division is now at $20bn annual run rate. How can’t you be bullish on $AMZN?
Shay Boloor@StockSavvyShay

$AMZN is up ~5% after CEO Andy Jassy said two large AWS customers wanted all of Amazon’s 2026 Graviton capacity. He also said Amazon’s chips business would be running at about $50B annually if it were a standalone business with Trainium4 already sold out before shipping.

5 stocks set to benefit from the AI buildout: 1. $AMZN at $220 - The AI Infrastructure Backbone AWS is powering both OpenAI ($138B cloud commitment) and Anthropic ($8B investment). $200B in capex this year. Google Cloud grew 48% YoY. AWS backlog doubled to $240B. Amazon isn't picking one AI winner. It's powering all of them.

No stagnation, just rotation. DeSci, DePIN, oracles, and infra layers are leading MTD performance, showing where real demand is building. While narratives shift, the fundamentals keep compounding. We’re building right there, pushing forward the PoP validation layer and preparing the next wave of updates. More to come soon 🚀 Chart by @_dexuai

DePIN didn’t fail. It was just pitched wrong. The real opportunity isn’t “get users to run infrastructure”… it’s aggregating infrastructure they already own. AWS just made S3 accessible as a file system. This is a big deal for data engineers. Let me explain. The problem was simple but annoying. Your data sits in S3. But file-based tools can't read from S3 directly. So what did teams do? → Copy data from S3 to a file system (or read it) → Run the tool → Copy results back to S3 Duplicate data. Extra cost. Sync pipelines. Constant headaches. S3 Files fixes this. It makes your S3 bucket behave like a regular file system. No copying. No duplication. No syncing. Your tools just read from S3 directly. Like a normal folder. How? It translates file system operations into S3 API calls behind the scenes. Your app does a file read → S3 Files converts it to an S3 GET request. Zero code changes. Why data engineers should care: → No more staging files before Spark or ML workloads → AI agents can share state across pipelines directly on S3 → Thousands of compute resources on the same file system simultaneously → Caches active data for low latency → Multiple TB/s read throughput Before: S3 for storage + EFS for file access + pipelines to sync between them. Now: Just S3. File access + object access. Same data. One place. Works with ALL existing S3 data. No migration. No new bucket. No reformatting.

AWS launched Amazon S3 Files, a new feature that lets applications and AI agents access S3 buckets like local file systems. Built on Amazon Elastic File System, it allows data in S3 to be read and written with standard file operations.

AWS is running the exact same playbook that won them cloud. Except this time it's for AI coding tools. Cursor just crossed $2B ARR. Codex hit 2M weekly active users. The AI IDE market has more well-funded competitors than any dev tools category in history. AWS's move: give startups a year of free Kiro Pro+ credits. Sounds like a promo. It's a distribution play. Kiro routes 100% of AI inference through Amazon Bedrock. The IDE has native integrations with Lambda, CDK, CloudFormation. When a startup builds their first product on Kiro, the architecture gets shaped by AWS primitives before anyone notices. This is the AWS Activate playbook applied to AI coding. Free credits create muscle memory. Muscle memory creates infrastructure lock-in. Lock-in creates enterprise accounts. I met with the Kiro team yesterday. Kyle Seaman (lead PM) walked me through the roadmap. They're cooking. The credits expire. The AWS dependency doesn't.

We are so back. 🥳 The Kiro Startup Credits Program is relaunching, and we’re giving early-stage teams a real head start. Early-stage Series A founders and dev teams can apply for up to 1-year's worth of Kiro Pro+ credits. Learn more here → spr.ly/6016B6vhYq Pick your tier, apply now → spr.ly/6017B6vhYS

this is HUGE... anthropic just launched AWS for ai agents. it's openclaw on steroids and they make money while your agents think! the idea is genius: Claude Managed Agents automates the 6-12 months of engineering required to deploy apps, the numbers speak for themselves: > app development: $50,000 --> $100 (500x reduction) > time-to-build: 6 months --> under 1 hr Rakuten used this and shipped a new product in just 5 DAYS to 1 BILLION+ users 🤯 crazy part: anthropic now makes money while your agents THINK Sentry processes 1 million+ bug reports. if each agent session is 10 minutes that's 166,000 session-hours... at $0.08 that's $13,000 per run in session fees alone lmao anthropic built the best coding agent, banned openclaw 3rd-party agents... then released their own and will print money on this fucking ruthless

Introducing Claude Managed Agents: everything you need to build and deploy agents at scale. It pairs an agent harness tuned for performance with production infrastructure, so you can go from prototype to launch in days. Now in public beta on the Claude Platform.

complexity in crypto payments never really disappears the only question is who deals with it in the traditional flow, almost all of it sits on the user: ⤷ open wallet ⤷ send funds to an exchange ⤷ choose network and pay gas ⤷ wait for confirmation ⤷ sell the asset ⤷ withdraw to a bank ⤷ and only then pay each step is a separate action, a separate delay and another point of failure the system itself does very little, it just executes basic transactions in a different setup, the user isn't part of this logic at all with @KASTxyz it comes down to a single action - paying with a card all the complexity sits inside the system which: ⤷ detects the asset ⤷ converts to fiat ⤷ handles liquidity ⤷ routes the transaction ⤷ executes the payment the number of steps doesn't disappear they're just no longer on the user's side
