VRBO is a horrible service compared to airbnb, host just changed the dates on me, and now I can't get a refund eventhough these are not the right dates anymore ;_;

Vrbo is a scam and I would never recommend using them. I mean it’s really a joke that this is even happening. A hurricane absolutely destroyed our beaches and u guys are worried about getting ur 400$ still. I can’t even wrap it around my head how dumb these people are

@vrbo nobody ever use them they legit suck all the way around. Got a reservation at a property in Madeira beach Fl 27th - 29th before we knew a hurricane was coming. I tried to contact the host and cancel it when I see the hurricane was going to effect us

@vrbo @vrbo no-one has ever got back to me. Your phone support (which I had to call overseas to connect to) just repeats whats on the system. Where is my payout?

@vrbo you must have a better solution for hosts to find support than being forced to call an overseas number?! Not everyone lives in the USA!
