@walshmegc @ToastTab @elotouch The first rep I spoke to last week went through all the normal steps to see if it would fix the issue. Then comes back to me and says it’s a “known issue” and they’re working on a fix. Now that “fix” is to force their loyal customers to purchase ends hardware! @ToastTab fix this!

@hotkrust @ToastTab @elotouch This is happening to us too! I spent 4 hours on the phone with @toasttab support the other day doing factory resets during service, and was transferred to someone who told me we just need to buy new equipment 🤬

@ToastTab My POS terminals have been crashing consistently(3 dozen or more times a day) Come to find out my @elotouch screens you guys sold me as a launch customer, toast decided not to support anymore and multiple customers have the same issue. Being forced to upgrade, so WRONG
