I put the entire Claude Code GTM Engineering Playbook into ONE Notion doc. 8 sections. No fluff. - How to get set up correctly from day one: Pro plan, terminal install across Mac, Linux, and Windows, GUI install via Antigravity or VS Code, and bypass permissions mode - What to put in your project brain file, what to leave out, and how to get Claude to update it automatically when it keeps making the same mistake - How to run plan mode step by step and when to skip it for simple tasks - How to build a skill file from scratch, fix one that keeps failing, and install 5 GTM skills worth building first: lead scraping, email labeling, proposal generation, outbound sequence writing, and client onboarding - MCP install process, token cost checks after every install, the best MCPs for GTM work, and how to cut token usage by 50 to 100x by converting MCPs into skills - Sub-agents and agent teams: the 3 cases where they earn their cost, reliability math for parallel runs, and how to enable parallel variant exploration - What is eating your context before you type anything, how to use /compact and /clear correctly, and model selection for parent vs sub-agents - Modal deployment: any skill as a live URL in under 2 minutes, form interface setup, and connection to n8n, Make, or Zapier This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending months piecing together how to actually get productive in Claude Code from documentation, YouTube tutorials, and scattered GitHub threads. Like + comment "CODE" and I'll send it over (must be connected for priority access)

Over 10 years, my teams at my agency SuperFriendly delivered 125 projects. Projects ranged from free to $960k ($89K on average). We tracked, documented, and organized every single one in a giant spreadsheet. Now, I’ve turned it into something you can use. Inside the spreadsheet, you’ll find: ✅ Work spanning branding, UX, campaigns, and strategy ✅ Projects across tech, retail, media, and nonprofits ✅ A decade of lessons on what clients actually buy ✅ Patterns you can use to position your own offers ✅ A shortcut for benchmarking your own projects This isn’t theory. It’s a real-world record of agency work across 10 years. We went from $0 to $3M. In this document, you can see how we did it, project by project. I’m sharing this for a few reasons: 1️⃣ What gets measured gets managed. We can’t make more money if we can’t even talk about it on the same page. 2️⃣ To show what’s possible. I didn’t know it was possible to sell a website for $10k—or $100k—until I did. What if I had known sooner? I can’t change that for me, but I might be able to for you. 3️⃣ It makes me a better teacher. I can’t teach “real-world” lessons if I’m hiding the real numbers. Students deserve context, not just theory. I could sell this. But I’m giving it away for free instead. Want the spreadsheet? → Like this post + comment “PROJECTS” And I’ll send it your way.

Hi. My name is Halli. I'm the founder and CEO of Ueno. First of all, I want to say yes, @uenodotco is back. I'm kind of surprised myself. I wasn't really planning on it. I started Ueno in my apartment in Reykjavík, Iceland in 2014. And seven years later I sold it to Twitter for a lot of money. But it wasn't the money. That's maybe hard to believe but that wasn't the reason. Business was great, I didn't need money. I needed a new challenge. Ueno had grown over those seven years to multiple offices and over 100 people. We were working with the biggest brands in the world on some really exciting projects. But still, I felt like something was missing. I had been on the outside for a long time, working for companies to make something and then we’d hand it off to them to nurture and grow it. I wanted to be on the inside of a big company and see things through, to see them grow. I wanted a challenge and the biggest one I could find was Twitter. To help people make better connections, to find their communities, engage more earnestly. Things didn't turn out like I expected. But in hindsight that's not really what matters. We did some great work and I learned more than I could have imagined. About corporate ups and downs, and about my own ups and downs. I saw things you wouldn’t believe. And then suddenly I was free and I went and made some other things. I built a lot of wheelchair ramps, I built a restaurant and movie theater, a bank, a recording studio, a community for creative people. I started a podcast, released a visual album, acted in some movies. I did everything I always wanted to do. And it was great. But after four years away from Ueno it kept picking at me. This little itch. The feeling I get when someone comes with something that's just an idea and they want our help to see it become real. It feels like magic. Like alchemy. I missed that feeling. And so, yes, Ueno is back. Blammo!

Monday was my last day at @Azuki and one of my hardest goodbyes. I teared up leaving the office. It's been a beautiful experience building with some of the kindest and most ambitious people in the creative field. Will always be an Azuki fan, but now from the sidelines. IKZ ❤️

Hold up — if I create drafts within a team, and I leave said team (or get removed), my once "private" files are handed over to an admin? This sounds nuts. Basically your "drafts" were never really yours — you're just being loaned a playground until it's taken away. cc @rogie
˗ˏˋ rogie ˎˊ˗@rogie

@karrisaarinen @rsms @zoink But yes, in your second scenario when leaving is out of your control, which does happen, it’ll goto the admin

@MessMadina Sure — AI will challenge many people’s relationship with ideation for the better. For others, it’ll be unscrupulously deployed as a means to churn out derivative, low quality output with no soul whatsoever. I’m no fan of the latter.

@husamelfaki I mean, im a designer … I’m not against using Ai to create a part of a design or at least explore my ideas a unique way with Ai. To drop my moodboard then to take a step further my graphic design … if you are talented for sure, you will find a way to make the best of it.

@mikedotsullivan I kept giving the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear how the Figma obsession’s just rendered countless designers incapable of the basics. It’s just sad.

I’m a deeply competitive person. For me, design has always been rooted in the idea of creating beautiful work and upping my game. If I see great work, I want to make something better. But design has lost its competitiveness, and quality overall has taken a nosedive with it.

I'm a huge, huge @Nike fan. Always have been. But IMO, this @dotSWOOSH drop isn't it. It simply doesn't feel that exclusive — and at £100+ for just the hoodie, it's clear .SWOOSH holders are being farmed for as much money as can be extracted. There has to be a better way.

You’re not a bot. It’s almost time to tell the world ⏳ The “Are You a Bot?” collection drops on 3/14 via SNKRS Exclusive Access. Only .SWOOSH members will be eligible for this release.
