A truly sad day for the Salesforce Ohana with the loss of the tenacious @gemziebeth. Gemma was the epitome of what it means to be a Trailblazer and was an inspiration to all of those around her. Our thoughts are with her family and our wider community at this time. 💙

Thank you @British_Airways for ruining my 50th Birthday.. Delayed flight (likely not your fault) means no home to the family in time. The real rub is the way your staff at SFO could literally not do any less to help me. Whatever the opposite of a golden ticket is, they need one!

@British_Airways my experience with you gets worse. I’ve just had scammers trying to “refund all my money” for the flight issues I’ve had. Pretty sure this isn’t you but I’ve just spoken to a lovely Kenyan man who said he was from BA and tried to scam me.

@united How about hooking me up for my Birthday? @British_Airways have screwed me in SFO, 6hr delay and no hope of getting home to see my daughter on my 50th (and no help to rebook). I’ve booked myself to get home but the only seat left was less than desirable. Flight #930.

Oh and several year gold card holder with almost 20 trans Atlantic flights this year.. #musttryharder
