My unfiltered take on @Stacks SIP-31. TL;DR 🔴 Bearish short term. 🟢 Necessary and bullish long term. 🟢 Following a decentralized process. Why bearish then bullish? Why is it necessary? How is it decentralized if supply can change? My thoughts on each of these points....

If we get the governance right the inflation sip (sips don’t get a number until they’re accepted for consideration) stacks will undoubtedly long term benefit from it, i.e. accountable funded growth is the way to go Governance is an inescapable question

@mrwagmibtc Representation is a long long process and needs tons of mechanisms and definitions for weights it’s really difficult but the conversation is good enough for the time being
