Got mail on 5th August that my complaint is registered and I'll get it resolved by 07th August. Received mail now that my complaint had been resolved and at the same time got another mail stating my complaint will be resolved by 9th Aug.

@AJIOLife Called and and even she wasn't aware of my issue. Just for name she was the investigating officer and she said me the case will be looked upon again and a proper response will be given.Since that day no one has contacted me and my money is stuck. I have the call recording too 7/7
