Got mail on 5th August that my complaint is registered and I'll get it resolved by 07th August. Received mail now that my complaint had been resolved and at the same time got another mail stating my complaint will be resolved by 9th Aug. What kind of customer support is this?

@AJIOLife Tags,no box and a note was there that a counterfeit of the products is there and it is a non ajio product and so the return can't be accepted. How did the product change in all If you have the video footage share it. An investigating officer was assigned for my case and she (6/7)
