Some visual differences in wheat with Urea sustain vs normal urea at Cascade CSBP trial. All applied at mid tillering. Different plots all showing the same trends with lower N rates also. Mint arvo with a tidy looking trial ☀️

@RobinMSchaefer Any urea needed , blend the two to get high enough volume product to spread ?

Looking for some help on how to get my spreader rate low enough to use for putting out mouse bait at 1kg/ha. The instruction manuel says the lowest it can do is 10kg/min, would have to throw a long way & go pretty fast to achieve that.

@MerrettContract Think you have it wrong , if 36 mt spread and 0.5 m of squash per tyre x2 = 1m of total squash. 1/36= 0.0278x 100 = 2.78 % squash per run. If 5 t/ha x $300/mt = $1500/ha $1500/0.0278= $41.70/ha of squash. Moving to 3 mt width doesn’t change that, spreading width increase will.

I’m notoriously bad at maths, can anyone verify this rough spreading calculation 2m centre vs on the sprayer tracks. Trying to put a $ figure on what we’re doing
