Failed to withdraw the device into the sheath despite multiple attempts. The 30 mm device could not be withdrawn into 14 F sheath despite manipulations. What could be the reason? Options?

So close but so far. Patient referred to me. Stents placed outside years ago. Now occluded from prox SFA to pop. Went up and over and pedal. Couldn’t get 035 or 014 microcath to advanced past mid stent. Thinking bringing back and going pop+laser to cross. Thoughts? #PAD
