@charliermarsh It’s not just the website. Across 3 bookings, if I go into the app and select Manage My Booking I get three different UI’s. And on most of them, simple things like change seat, upgrade etc either doesn’t work, or throws different error messages

It’s not that the British Airways website is bad (it is), more that every time you click on something, you’re taken to an entirely different design / implementation of it, an entirely new tech stack
