@FedExHelp After numerous calls and messages about failed deliveries, I was forced to go pick up my own package. Actually, we saw a FedEx driver on the way to the ‘hub’ who miraculously had my letter!! I requested a refund for the delivery 😡

@FedExHelp make it make sense! All three of these messages came today & customer service cannot give me a straight answer. What is going on FedEx???

@Ford Yeah so a previous SAFETY RECALL issue persists in my vehicle. Your company refuses to fix it AGAIN. Bad look, Ford. You know clutches are a KNOWN issue, yet fail to resolve. Despicable!

@pepboysauto although the rim on my car was replaced over a week later, we were avoided and lied to in the process. Attached is the pic of the damaged rim and a transcript of the message from the store. Keep in mind “Blue’s” message tone was aggressive and unprofessional

@BayerUS I’m sad. I bought a new Astepro today. Inside the packaging is sometimes a coupon. The one in my new box, however, expired in June 😔 *deep sigh*
