@Sofology very disappointed that my sofa has another fault. Less than 6 months old. Has already had a repair and a leg replaced. Now a seat has fallen. Not what I expect from the #Illinois sofa. I have replied to my previous DMs about this. Think it is time you replaced it

@ickleme79 @currys @SamsungHelpUK Does sound like the PSU...but I agree, a Samsung TV should last longer than 14 months...The Sony I've had since 2008 is still running fine!

@currys @SamsungHelpUK TV purchased end of Feb 23. Wouldn't turn on. Displayed blue then black screen, making noises like trying to turn on. Reset and now has horizontal lines displayed. I expect it to last longer than 14 months. Please advise? #ConsumerRights
