Hi @JustEatUK can you track which of your riders, on a bike, was riding up Essex Road (towards Islington Green) today at approx 17.35-40 & request that he stops aggressively ringing the bell & grossly wagging his tongue at women who look up. It's not a good look for your brand.

Worst @Deliveroo experience ever.. order placed at 19.11 - was supposed to arrive in 45-70 mins. 70 mins was at 20:21 and the order is still 20 mins away but, worst of all, the rider collected it at 19.30... I'm expecting it to be soggy. Wish I hadn't tipped. @DeliverooHelp

.@British_Airways has really gone down hill. We have been waiting at baggage reclaim for over an hour! The last few flights I've taken have been delayed and their app is awful and barely works on android. It's no better than the budget airlines, possibly worse.

Hi @EastMidRailway I'd appreciate your advice.. we need to bring our cat on a train from London to Sheffield tomorrow. Is this cat carrier acceptable to you? Or does it need to be hard shell? The main part (if not extended) is fairly rigid. Would appreciate advice 🙏

I totally get that it was my mistake that caused this but I tried to get help as quickly as poss and as both Karen Millen and Warehouse are owned by the same parent company (Boohoo) you'd think it would be fixable. I am willing to pay to get the parcel shipped from Karen Millen..
