It was an open Auction process for land allotment. 💬"36 lakhs... 36 lakhs once... 55, 56, 62..."💥 And finally—the bid settled at Rs.65 lakhs! In a major shift from the traditional “first-come, first-served” system, BIADA adopted a transparent and competitive auction model. The auction drew strong interest when two applicants—M/s Mangal Murti Traders (engaged in poha and chura production) and M/s Shakir Enterprises (active in makhana processing and packaging)—expressed interest in the same industrial plot. The base price of the land was set at Rs.32,50,011. What followed was a spirited bidding process where both parties participated with full enthusiasm and transparency.
