Sherman Oaks is the most walkable place I’ve ever lived in my life. Four grocery stores close by, gym is less than half a mile away, just an insane amount of great restaurants and bars on Ventura, UPS/FedEx/Post Office up the street, park/recreation center is six blocks away.

@cbmrw what i mean is you don’t have to give your time to people who expect 24/7 communication . you can either set expectations early and ensure they’re okay with that or you can find people who are cool with a few texts a day. avoid long-distance in this case tho
