for months, i felt like i couldn’t breathe properly, sinus inflamed all the time, clearing my throat a lot, brain fog, heightened anxiety 3 months in spain - no symptoms. best i felt in a long time back in amsterdam since saturday, symptoms returned immediately just before going to spain i redid the walls. found mold close to the floor behind the skirting boards in the lounge room. damp walls did deep research yesterday, narrowed it down to mold given my symptoms mold inspector and air purifier coming tomorrow now reading this i want to go back to spain 😭
