Modi's personality disorders have convinced me that we should pay far more attention to sexual corruption of our leaders. Those who are compromised on this front very easily succumb to blackmail by enemies of Bharat, than those who are financially corrupt! After delimitation we will have 816 seats in Lok Sabha. But if you see the share of lok sabha seats it's insane. States with no industrialisation or any good outcome will have an addition of 10-20 seats. For eg:- Kerela which is already over represented in LS will have 30 seats +10 from 20. Meanwhile God knows what bad thing Haryana did that will have just 15. Thr are states like UP, MH, WB, BH and TN which will gain immense strength in LS, how is this even justified ?? Fuckin 120 for UP , 72 for MH, 63 for Bengal & then 60 for BH ! Delimitation is going to be reality then it's time for State Reorganization Commission 2.0 to return ( SRC 2.0 ), no single state should have this much power in Lok Sabha and a country of 1.5 Billion having only 28 states is a management disaster. States like UP, MH, BH, WB, KA, MP should be divided into many smaller states ( pop 5 cr ).

Yes, MVA regime didn't give necessary permits and clearances. Again, all those delays could have been mitigated. Projects of such huge scale, such as HSR are of national importance. The central government should have some power to overrule and Fastrack such projects. This is what we need to tackle for the upcoming HSR projects. We suffer and pay prices for such delays. Hope my answer transcends from a political standoff to a technical view.
