All it means is adding an “N” (“National”) to “ICE (“Immigration and Customs Enforcement”) — A much more prestigious name. Everyone loves it, but I have been told by the legendary Tom Homan that the Agents do not love it as much as the other population. What Trump did here with his lie was get the contractor off the hook for negligence. Under normal circumstances, the contractor would be required to fix this mess. Now they can point to Trump’s tweet “admitting” that the algae and sealant problems were caused by “vandals.”So not the contractor’s fault.
