Agreement is highly overrated. I dislike people who make bad arguments for things I believe in. Stop helping.

@HonestRepCanada How did they poll 100% of the people to get that number in an area that's completely destroyed without reliable power or internet? How many rape and how many torture are correct? There's no good amount but 1, 2, 10, 50, 100, 1000 are all numbers and "the" is not.

In your zeal to import as many Gazans to Canada as possible, it is worth noting that almost 75% of people in Gaza said that the murder, rape, torture and kidnapping of civilians on October 7 was "correct."
Heather McPherson@HMcPhersonNDP

Students from Gaza have been waiting over two years to continue their studies at Canadian universities. What the Minister won't tell you - Canada could admit these students today. This is Canada's loss. This is Canada's shame! @PSSAR

It was a FARP (forward airwing refuling point). They brought two little bird helicopters which are primarily used for insertion and extraction which the iranians documented among the wreckage. Their rotors fold up and they fit in a C-130. They have a short range of 230-270 miles. They tried flying bigger helicopters with longer range into the country by themselves initially but they got lit up which was reported early on. They found the closest semi acceptable landing strip they would have a chance of securing on short notice and landed the little birds, fuel and enough troops to secure the FARP. The planes got stuck but the helicopters and special forces retrieved the pilot. They used drones and fighters to blow up anyone within a few km of the pilot. Continous coverage and survailnece of that alone takes a lot off aircraft and then they also made aircraft visible in the skies over a much larger area to not tip off the Iranian to exactly where the pilot was. The Iranians didn't even claim it was anything else and why would they keep their uranium that close to a sure to be contested border when they have such huge mountainous country. You're wrong, there is nothing here. It involved thousands of people for what would be a stupid lie that wouldn't change anything politically.

I’m going back to this point about the pilot rescue in Iranian territory, as some people commented on my previous post. President Trump revealed that the United States deployed a total of 155 aircraft. The composition included: • 4 bombers • 64 fighters • 48 refueling tankers • 13 rescue aircraft • and other support planes (helicopters, etc.) According to the President himself, there were also at least 200 special forces personnel involved. On top of that, the crash site is at least 100 miles from where the first pilot was rescued. The official version of events simply does not match the facts. There is no way this massive operation was mobilized just for a rescue mission, especially when the wreckage appeared less than 70 km from Iran’s main nuclear site. Again: I don’t care about the official narrative. I report only what I perceive after closely observing the facts and events. c-span.org/program/white-…

@JinglaiHe Ah yes, it’s such a 'weakness' that over 95% of Mark Carney's investments are in the US and Brookfield moved its HQ to the US a year ago. Mark Carney benefited immensely from our ties with the US but now wants to strain that friendship just to get a few extra votes. Unreal 🤦explain please

@Firstus_ @InsaneReality Besides the engineering to prevent that the fuel has a much higher flashpoint than gasoline, it's cold up there and the ventilation to remove explosive fumes at those speeds is quite good.

@Kama_Kamilia Syria under Assad was fighting ISIS. The US let ISIS terrorize in Syria to destabilize Assad. John Kerry has said in public that Russia and Iran (who were also fighting ISIS) were very confused why the US was letting ISIS run free in parts of Syria under their control.

This is odd language. Perhaps simple hyperbole. I honestly don't know at the moment what it means. I do know things are getting weird & I will be watching, trying to interpret for you. I've been working sources for years & expecting high strangeness. Now it is coming on many fronts at once.

@MeidasTouch @Carmilax2r3 First of all, not surprised it came from the WSJ. Second, this is what’s wrong with our government. We have a whole bunch of unelected people making decisions we did not elect them to do. I hope we find out who these people are and fire every one of them for dereliction of duty.

WOW: A stunning new report in the WSJ reveals that military advisers intentionally excluded Donald Trump from the command room during the recent high-stakes operation to extract a downed U.S. airman in Iran, because they feared his erratic behavior could jeopardize the mission. According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump was in such a volatile state after Iran shot down a U.S. jet that he spent hours screaming at aides in the West Wing, obsessing over the political fallout and invoking Jimmy Carter and the 1979 hostage crisis. Officials made the call to limit his access, only briefing him at “meaningful moments” instead of giving him real-time control. Meanwhile, the operation itself nearly fell apart, with aircraft stuck in desert sand and U.S. forces scrambling to avoid Iranian detection. The airman was eventually rescued, but the chaos didn’t end there. Just hours later, Trump woke up and fired off his profanity-laced threat online, warning Iran it would be left “living in Hell.”

Looks like your probably a troll but if anyone does think this is a good idea piracy laws are the oldest keystones of civil international order. If the US blatantly tosses these aside there is no more pretense of moral high ground. As nearly all countries agree on this, if you want to further strain relationships with allies and fence sitting nation to drive them into China's sphere of influence this a great way to start.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has released video of the interdiction of the motor vessel Touska in the Northern Arabian Sea by the U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG-111). The video contains audio of the USS Spruance giving warnings to the Touska to vacate the engine room before firing the Mark 45 5" deck gun 3 times at the vessel.

There is no evidence for this. I watched people pull this out of their ass in real time. Iran knows exactly were their uranium is and hasn't claimed this which would be a better political win than the US extracting a pilot from deep inside their territory. This is lazy reasoning and doesn't change anything politicaly. Its to big to hide. The two pilots will know hundreds of people that knew they were downed. Thousands of people had to be given very specific orders.

@Jerusalem_Post There was no single downed airman / weapons specialist rescue. US military tried a ground invasion to rob an Iran nuclear storage facility. It failed and 155 aircraft and helicopters were committed to rescue over 200 soldiers who had their two C-130s get stuck in the sand.

It's pretty obvious at this point that the Carney plan is to try to keep this country in a perpetual state of hate and fear towards the US and use this to keep himself popular. His video today, with its long and gratuitous evocation of the 1812 war, makes this clearer than ever.
