@DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E Extremely disappointed. My medium check-in baggage (~17kg) arrived with a hole in hard case (structural damage). Despite multiple emails, your team is repeating the same illogical reply, considering it as 3kg & offering ₹1050. This is unfair.

@IndiGo6E i have travel from Hyderabad to Riyadh, the crew changed our seats because children are not allowed near the emergency exit. We were informed that the refund would within one week unfortunately I have not received the amount since November 2025. Kindly check and update.

@IndiGo6E you’re running a scam. You know that passengers depend on Digiyatra for terminal entry and you deliberately don’t send the boarding pass. So that the customer doesn’t have an option but but a paid seat at the last moment to get the boarding pass you were supposed to send. @DGCAIndia please note.

Remember the December 2025 Indigo crisis? They apologized and issued vouchers as compensation for the harassment. Those were fake vouchers. Says 'Invalid' when I tried redeeming it. Customer care says they were issued "by mistake" after I had raised the claim. @IndiGo6E #SCAM
