Remember the December 2025 Indigo crisis? They apologized and issued vouchers as compensation for the harassment. Those were fake vouchers. Says 'Invalid' when I tried redeeming it. Customer care says they were issued "by mistake" after I had raised the claim. @IndiGo6E #SCAM

@MANJULtoons @IndiGo6E Facts. I booked a flight that was available for 5k. They cancelled it the next day and said that they will refund the amount. I went to the portal and there it was, THE SAME FLIGHT accepting bookings for 10k

A friend got a message from @IndiGo6E saying their flight for tomorrow has been cancelled, even though they did a web check-in this evening. Out of curiosity, I checked the IndiGo site and found that tickets are still open on the same route ... and just look at the fares. So much for @PMOIndia “monitoring the situation.”

VFS seems to be on a mad run to get their targets done by unnecessary harassing travelers visiting to submit docs. Here's how to deal with them and also know why they're doing it Asking for additional documents even when they're not mandatory. These documents won't be like a declaration or some ID proof etc but mostly be bank statements, which you cannot print and submit ASAP. Like asking for spouse bank statements even when it's sponsored by your husband or parents bank statements even when they're sponsored by their kids. All traveling together. In spite of the same mentioned in form and cover letter they will insist for the same. Now if you fear and ask for time to submit the same, they will tell you your appointment time will get over by then and you will have to book a new appointment. But in case you opt for our Premium Lounge Services for Rs. 4000 etc per person late submission is allowed and you can come until 4 pm and submit the same today itself. All this is for the Premium Lounge Upsell. Ask them to talk to their superiors. Mostly they're also part of this game and will deny but sometimes you do get some good persons who will help.
